Pax Burgers is a popular street food chain that takes pride in serving authentic, flavorful burgers made with locally sourced ingredients. The current store, located in the vibrant neighborhood of Chalandri, Athens, marks the fourth restaurant in the growing chain. Designed by KARN Studio, it is a milestone as the first one to introduce blue as its signature color. Paired thoughtfully with red accents, this combination creates a dynamic yet cozy atmosphere, inviting guests to enjoy their meals in comfort while soaking in the vibrant energy of the space.
The design of the store is centered around a unique architectural feature: the use of the grid, which can be found in various elements throughout the interior. This repeating pattern, ranging from the menu panels to the floor tiles and wall details, brings a sense of rhythm and order to the space. The grid’s varying scales and forms create an interplay of subtle visual cues, harmoniously blending the different design components. Pax Burgers’ commitment to authenticity is reflected not only in its food but also in its carefully designed environment, offering a warm, welcoming space where patrons can relax and enjoy a delicious meal.
