Located in a corner of Chalandri’s bustling market, cremé is a small take-away pastry shop and café, specializing in cream-based treats. The design concept revolves around dividing the space into two distinct areas, reflecting its dual functions: the commercial section and the production area, with transparent curtains acting as a light partition between them. The commercial part, which occupies two-thirds of the shop, is painted in lilac, while the remaining part is finished in oyster white, a distinction further emphasized by the lighting color. Minimalist inox counters are complemented by corian surfaces with subtle spots inspired by vanilla, the main ingredient of cream. The overall aesthetic is defined by simplicity and minimalism, with the original floor tiles being the only feature retained from the previous space.
